Great service crew!

Great service crew! Everyone was very kind,courteous, and knowledgeable. The service area was very clean and well maintained. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Over all very pleasant experience.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! Quick and painless process. No DMV visits required afterwards, everything is taken care of inhouse. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Bartow

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Bartow Stingray. This should tell you that their customer service is the best. Whether it is bringing my vehicle in for service or purchasing a new vehicle, I have never been disappointed with the service. My latest purchase is the beautiful new 2025 Equinox RS in a stunning blue color w/leather interior. OMG I'm completely in love!!! I thought I would really miss my Blazer, but this Equinox changed my mind after just a short test drive. Valentin was nothing short of phenomenal with the process of trading the Blazer and getting us a great deal on the Equinox. Thank you, sir. You may see the hubby back soon for that gorgeous blue Silverado :) Again, thank you Stingray Bartow for the awesomely great customer experience. See you at the 1st service and oil change. P.S. Nichole in finance was such a sweet lady. Thank you for helping us with a smooth process.

Mark Casey is very rude.

Mark Casey is very rude. "If" I have no other choice for service, he will never be allowed to handle my needs. It's so much easier and pleasant dealing with Stingray in Tampa. Absolutely no comparison. While I was waiting he coldly ask another new arrival, "what do you need." He was so rude, they left. I was the stupid one that stayed. Even when he'd pass me in the waiting area, I was lucky to get a grunt out of him. He is definitely hurting your business, getting you low scores on surveys, and losing several customers on the spot or preventing them from coming again. As a prior leader myself, I would immediately confront his behavior. If he's been counseled before, then coach him out. I'm confident you aren't this desperate for service employees. Justin Lawson on the other hand is exceptional.
