I had the most plesant experience at Stingray. Why? Valentin Casuso! I was not looking for a particular vehicle. In fact I stopped here on my way to another dealership. Valentin was not pushy, was knowledgeable, and put me at ease throughout the whole process. I left driving my new vehicle. Great Experience!!

Ramona = GOAT!! This was a good experience because I found the one person in Polk county that was willing to answer all my questions and fully explain the lease structure and financial calculations. I'm not even thrilled with the deal I got, to be honest. I'm just pleased with the customer service from Ramona. I bought a basic car that I could've gotten at many different dealerships but Stingray provided the most transparency which made me feel confident in the financial commitment. Thank you Ramona! FYI - She works in some sort of back-office sales role and followed up with me after a test drive. I never even got the pleasure of meeting her in-person, but she's hilarious.

Don’t have parts to fix the car. I went in with one problem came out with four.

we saw a truck at the dealership via social media and decided to call and make sure it was still available as we live over an hour away. They assured us that it was. we arrived before our appointment time. The sales man greeted us before we got to the door. His name was Andy Resmondo and he was the nicest guy! super friendly, knowledgeable about the truck and other vehicle on the lot that we talked about, and he was just very down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. All and all it was a very quick process, we got approved, signed and drove away. Thank you Andy Resmondofor a great experience!!! OH!! did i mention NO DEALER FEES?? great service, great prices, great people!
