Best buying experience I have ever had, Mike the salesman and the finance team were amazing.

Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried picking it up. Different service rider directed me to wrong location to find my vehicle. Had to search all around to find my vehicle in front of a service garage bay.

Although everyone is friendly 2 hours for an oil change and rotation with an appointment is way too long. My time is valuable too and we all know it doesn’t take that long to do a oil change or a rotation.

They serviced my Equinox and were done quicker than I expected and answered all my questions to my satisfaction!

I came in to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my Equinox. I guess they were having some problems with their tire machine on Monday. Even though I didn’t get out of the dealership until 3:45 Jerry and everyone were so kind and apologetic. Jerry always goes out of his way to make you comfortable and to make things right.
