Jacob, Luiz, Damir, and Noah were all a pleasure to work with. I was an out of State buyer. They went to the length of even picking me up at the train station when I came into town to buy the car. They handled all the paperwork for me as well, so no trips to the DMV once I returned home. Most importantly, they are not pushy sales people. Unlike many car dealerships and salespeople who only care about trying to get you in the door so they can then give you the "hard sell", they answered all of my questions and let me lead the process at a pace I was comfortable with. The car was impeccably detailed when I ahowed up to sign the paperwork and take delivery. I would highly recommend this dealership and their team!

The car was listed with everything I wanted. When I test drove the car I asked many questions about features. I was told they were not familiar with Toyota cars and I would have to look things up. I’m 76…not familiar with all the new apps. Needless to say…my car did not have the features listed on the sticker and on the ad. The dealer has ignored all of my inquiries. I will speak with an attorney next week. I’m so disappointed in this dealership!
