I was told that my car battery was good, but the battery died out twice on me. I had to switch out the battery myself since this occurred during the weekend. I was not happy

Worst car buying experience I have ever had.
Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I agreed to one price and the paperwork was written up with a different price. When I was signing, I was only shown the sign boxes not the paperwork. When I finally received my paperwork almost a week later in an email, the numbers were over $10,000 more than the agreed upon price. When I went back to get the deal I had made, the written paper had been destroyed, the sales person was no longer there, and they could not produce the sticker to show me the real price of the car.

Went in for a software update, no appointment.
Went in for a software update, no appointment. Had issues on infotainment system. Service was excellent, out in 1.5 hrs., with a wash to boot.
