Deal with Jonathan Perez went well. I get to finance and did the transaction with Joseph Salazar (Joe) he then brought out the warranty papers and GAP coverage. I agreed to it. My mom was in the office with me and asked Joseph Salazar (Joe) if the new total presented to us was the over all new total Joseph Salazar told us "no, the total we see is WITH interest included" fast forward. I get an email stating my original loan balance was the balance we asked about. Joseph Salazar added GAP $2048, $2560 Honda Care service contact, $1793 Road Hazard, $1793 Glass Protection, $7169 Portfolio One. Totaling $15,363 added into my loan. The highest amount of warranty and Gap coverage I ever seen. When I figured this out days later I called the dealership to speak to Joseph Salazar. He told me it takes 6 months for all products to be cancelled and I would have to pay a cancellation "fee" to come down and talk to Kyla Thames. I asked to be transferred to Kyla Thames and she asked me "why do you even wanna cancel it" she then proceeded to tell me I needed to come in do even get the ball rolling. I decided to take matters into my own hands. Called Honda Care & Portfolio one myself. Honda Care had ZERO warranty products under my name, they informed me this meant it was third party. I called 4 different times, 4 different days they continued to say i did not have warranty products with them. However Portfolio one DID have that warranty product under me. They sent me the cancellation form & I sent it to Joseph (Joe). I asked Joe who the 3rd party warranty was under and why was I not told it was 3rd party. He then informed me it was through Safe guard. I called safe guard and they had 3/4 products. Gap, Glass Protection, Road Hazard, BUT NOT THE SERVICE CONTRACT. The checks were sent to my lender. They missed 1 payment of $2560 for the Honda Care Service Contract. Had I not seen that, would they have even reached out to me? I reached out to them again & was told Anastazia "missed it" and was waiting for the cancellation CONFIRMATION. I called Safe guard again and texted them through their hotline number clarifying about the Service contract. They informed me once again they did not have that warranty product for me. I decided to call Honda care ONE MORE TIME. they informed me they did have that product and it was just submitted to them in the last couple days however NO CANCELLATION was put through. When everyone in the email thread said everything was cancelled. - I also want to note the dealership kept saying it was too soon for things to be cancelled because they hadn't processed anything yet. However, when I called portfolio one , Honda care, Safeguard they all informed me it can be cancelled immediately. Same day, next hour, next day. Constantly lying, dropping the ball on payments, doing the leg work for them, doing their job for them, making all the phone calls, I asked to speak to someone hire up. Brandy Carr - emails me. I expressed my concern & asked for a Goodwill gesture. She asked AND I QUOTE "If we agree to this accommodation, will you then provide in writing that you will no longer hold Roswell Honda or Krumland Auto Group liable for anything else nor speak any ill will toward either entity?" Crazy! If they weren't in wrong, if they weren't doing shady sketchy business, if they weren't ripping people off why would they have need to ask not to speak any ill will toward either entity.. I replied & asked what that meant. She emailed me back and completely back stepped on her word. Then going on to say wanting to cancel my warranty products "when they new car smell hasn't even warn off". The general manger Ricardo Beltran which was CCd in all these emails decided to call me and state that he should have gotten involved sooner (he was CCd in all these emails I sent, for the past week) and gave me the OK to leave a terrible review for the terrible experience I had for these money hungry people at Honda Roswell.

I don't mind overpaying for service. but when you have a promotion showing at the service desk called a summer promotion, and it's still summer, and you refuse to let your UST Omer participate, you have issues. the 3% credit card surcharge added on top of that? you are nicke-and-diming your customers. give us a break

I went in to cosign for a relative at hyundai and as i was leaving the sales manager told me he would get us approved for a trade in with nothing down since i was already preapproved so we told him we would be back mind you we had been looking to trade in our current car we came back spent hours waiting i had even told him there was a wreck on the side of my car would that be a problem he said no we can fix that so he showed us a couple cars on the hyundai lot he ran our credits we finally went with the journey all along were thinking this is a trade in once everything is over with hes about to go place the temporary license plate on the vehicle and he says its not a trade in again mind u i had already switched over my insurance to the new car because NOBODY made it clear that it was not a trade in so we made a whole purchase when that is not what we wanted if that was the case we would have looked at something we actually wanted but they were pushy about it and since all of our information was ran already they had already sent to see if we were approved by the banks we took the car home, the tire pressure light turned on shortly after leaving the lot at 945pm! And the engine oil says it needs to be changed! Now im stuck with 2 high car payments and one is on a car we didnt really want but we figured since its a trade in with lower milage we will be fine well keep it and trade it in in a year or so nope we got screwed but i will be calling monday morning to see what options i have in this situation!

Please keep your word and take pride in selling a brand new car that's tens of thousands of dollars to the car that is three thousand dollars. It may not be anything to you, but it is to the person that is buying it. So don't think you're losing money by going the extra distance and keeping your word. A person is only as good as their word and the reputation of your dealership is shot to xxxx. A good manager would have gone and inspected the vehicle and make sure it was up to "par" as he put it and made sure it satisfactory according to what was agreed upon.

I was lied to after coaf had approved my financing. Now y'all have put more than 6 hard inquiries on my credit. So that you made sure the interest was too high. Joe Salazar is a liar and he should not be in the position he's in. You can take your b2b warranty as the xxxxing joke it is you need to quit screwing people over I hope you all read this and xxxxing go to jail what happened to me at this dealership is criminal. And I am looking into pursuing. That aspect of it. I got a letter from loaf saying I was accepted at a much lower rate than the one I got. Your dealership sucks.

Would never recommend Roswell Honda. They sold me a lemon. Within Two weeks of buying I started to have problems with it. They refused to fix it or get me into a new vehicle. They were no help whatsoever. I also purchased a service warranty and they still refused to fix it. From the service manager " it's no longer our problem take to dodge"

A used vehicle was purchased without it giving it the proper maintenance before driving out from the lot. They failed to put oil in the engine. The new owner was not aware to the negligence on the dealerships part. It was driven with no oil for two months. The engine light showed up and the dealership refused to look at the vehicle without paying stating its the new owners responsibility. However, Jiffy Lube was very helpful and willing to look at the vehicle with no charge. They explained the vehicle has no oil and for that reason the engine was blown. We called the Honda dealership regarding the issue and again, they refuse to accept any responsibility on the part with a very rude attitude. To make thinks worse, the contract that was given by this dealership, shows inaccurate mileage of the vehicle. Meaning, the vehicle shows 50k miles, but yet the contract shows 70k miles which obviously is not accurate. I do not recommend this dealership at all. There service is very poor. And seems like they are selling vehicles that are not in good working conditions.
