I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and was very pleased with all processes. This dealership went above and beyond their means to help... me with everything they could. I bought a Ford F250 that I got a flat tire on within 30 days of purchase and the dealership replaced it at no cost to me. I also purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion that was having some issues with the radio and the dealership took it to the local Ford dealer and had it fixed, when I arrived to pick it back up, both the owners of the dealership were washing, vacuuming and cleaning the car. This dealership will do whatever possible to make their customers satisfied even if it means taking a loss out of their own pocket. They have done this for me on more than one occasion. I am very partial to this dealership and will continue to buy from them for as long as they're in business.

My husband and I walk in the door to the dealership and we are just looked at. My husband tells the man at the desk which vechicle we wanted to look at.... We had already researched this vechicle and knew what we wanted. The vechicle was pulled out so we could look at it and like any potentional buyer they want to do a test drive. We were told that they don't let people drive the vechicles in the rain. He goes inside and speaks to the other man and comes out and says, "I don't mean to be rude but how serious are you about this vechicle". Extremely rude. We drove 45 minutes to look at this vechicle and had every intentions in buying this vechicle. My husband and I have excellent credit. We go inside and they take a look at my vechicle to see how much the trade in value was. We are then allowed to test drive the car. We should of told them not to worry about it, but we were going to give them a chance. We test drive the car and everything looked clean except for the console ok not a big deal. We go back to the dealership and start to talk about the trade in value. The trade in value was not bad, but we were trying to negotiate like you do when you buy a vechicle. Ok we are negotiating the trade in value so this means we are interested in buying this vechicle and they are interested in selling this vechicle to us. My husband ask for $250 more for the trade in and the one man says I am not able to do that. My husband says you are going to let a deal go for $250. The other man says well we have someone already interested in the vechicle and we have to hold it for him anyway because he has an application in. This is the first we had heard of this the whole time. I have traded many vechicles and this was the worst experience. We heard good things about this place and all I can think of was how my husaband and I were treated. We even brought our check book to put down and down payment. Not satisfied at all and will never return or even look at a vechicle on their lot.

I recently purchased a car at H & O auto sales and was completely impressed with Larry and his staff. The vehicle was exactly as Larry described and was... Pristine like a new car. I purchased the car online and all the horror stories you here about made me apprehensive in my purchase but my fears were in vain. Larry had a member of his staff pick me up at the airport and took me right to the dealership were I was able to complete the transaction.
