Great service!

Jorge welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable while my car was being serviced. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I was leaving at 9:50, car was serviced, vaccuumed and washed.

25,000 miles service was great

Friendly staff, focused and purposeful on task with service, wonderful waiting area with so many perks (clean restrooms, TV, computer, comfortable chairs, tables, bar area, drink machine, popcorn, hot dogs, snacks, and fruit).

Wonderful

I resently loss my husband and was scared to death to buy a car! My husband always handled things like that. But the moment I met Chandler he made me feel at ease. Walked me though lots of stuff I needed to know about buying a car. He was very kind to me. Then Grant helped me finalize the dea! two very kind men! I will tell everyone to go to Grainger to buy a car!

Very good.

I had a service appointment. The service provider was cheerful and professional; My service time for waiting was what I expected it should be; the price was right! and other vehicle service needed was brought to my attention.

Great Customer service

I did not have a scheduled appointment. I was taken care of. I was in and out in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the customer service. I pass a Nissan Dealership just to come to Grainger.

Great Customer Service

I arrived 45 minutes late for my appointment, and I still got out 30 minutes earlier than the time that I was quoted. All excellent customer service.

Great

Mr Ready was awesome he treated me like I was family. He fix my car fast and even loaned me a car while my car was being fixed. Love the repair shop particularly Mr Ready.

Great customer service skills, friendly atmosphere

New 2018 Pathfinder

Excellent customer service. Gary was very patient and knowledgeable. The process was easy and I love my vehicle choice (2018 Pathfinder), color, and the way it drives.

Great People!

I came in with hopes of trading out of a truck I wasn't completely happy with. (Not a Nissan). Chandler and Matt worked some magic to make it happen. I now drive the truck I should have bought in the beginning.
