This was our first service appointment and everyone was...
This was our first service appointment and everyone was pleasant and communicated well. Service was oil change, tire rotation and wash. It was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They also checked all lights, turn signals etc. determined that a new battery was needed even though the car was a month old with 5000 miles. Appreciate that detail and now we have a new battery. Plan to do all our service at Grainger Savannah.

Hypocritical and unethical
This organization as a whole is ridiculously hypocritical in terms of what they preach morally. The owner is slimy, the sales managers are slimy, I feel sorry for the blind employees. They play Christian music in their showrooms while they take advantage of you, it’s off-putting. They support/sponsor the local Christian school but harass their employees and peer pressure them into unethical situations. They only hire family (major nepotism) or their church members. Purchasing anything from this organization would be questionable, take heed. Christianity reflects kindness, not manipulation. Don’t be fooled!

I have always taken my car to this dealership for...
I have always taken my car to this dealership for everything. Not any more. They say they fixed the problem more then once and they did not you pay their outrageous diagnostic test fee of $165 twice and they still didn’t fix it. You leave a message for the manager over service JOHN more then once and he never returns your call. You get stranded at the car wash because your car is still having the same problem and he response is I can setup a tow truck for you. Not let me get you a jump and we will get it over here to see what is going on. Well I can arrange a tow truck by myself. I just needed a jump to get my car to the dealership. I will not even buy a car from them again. I AM DONE!!!!!
