Don't Expect Much
It is all but impossible to contact a human at this dealership. I spent the better part of 2 days trying to contact someone. But their phone system just constantly puts you into a loop. And there is no way to contact Auto Nation corporate unless you use snail mail. I had a billing dispute over a repair to my car. The only way I was able to get it resolved was to drive to the dealership and demand to speak to a member of upper management. Dave (no clue last name or title) was able to help me resolve the issue satisfactorily. Of course during the 2 1/2 weeks they had my car, I was unable to get them to quote me the cost of 4 tires for my car. Almost pure profit for the dealer and they could not be bothered to give me a price. I went to Sam's Club for tires insted.

Oil Change
I went for an oil change. Took over 3 and a half hours. Ridiculous just absolutely ridiculous. Will never go there again. My time is just as valuable
