Sarah was beyond rude and did not call back even after speaking to service manager. Had to wait over 6 months for a part with NO updates or returned calls. I will NOT return to Ford Country for ANY service!

This service department totally sucks.

This service department totally sucks. I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working. So I told the service department that I needed to replace the broken part. He responded that he would have to diagnose the problem which will cost me $299, this is outrageous. Do not buy anything from this dealer. I am going to switch to Chevrolet and I am been a loyal purchaser of Ford products for 50 years. They could care less.
