Frank Luciano in internet sales, Tino Villalobos in finance, and Natalie Ocegueda in delivery took great care of me, thank you all! I did my car selection and shopping all online, so by the time I reached out to Frank I already knew the vehicle I was interested in, the pictured red 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium. Frank set me up with an appointment to come in and do a test drive. Everything went well with the test drive and I got to know Frank a little bit who seems like a great guy. After the test drive I decided to buy and got turned over to Tino who got me through the finance portion quickly and painlessly, taking time to answer some of the questions I had. Once that was done I got handed off to Natalie who did a great and very thorough job introducing me to the vehicle and its systems and settings before driving away.
