My experience was excellent. The sales manager; Chris MONTANA and sales person; Scott were outstanding. Great customer service from both. Great service
I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta, at Ford Country in Henderson Nevada. When enter the store I was greeted by salesman Randy Hurston, who gave me the ultimate in customer service. Randy was so polite and professional. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. I also worked with Brett, who assured me, that he would do all he can to assist me with my purchase. And he did just that. Brett was very patient and very honest with me. Being a female walking into a car dealership, can be a very uncomfortable experience. These guys made the experience very nice and comfortable for me. They get FIVE starts from me!!!! Thanks Randy & Brett
