Love the service department at this dealship and the staff that represents this department. Typically, you would purchase a vehicle and once the commitment is made; rarely does a consumer get the 5 star service when it comes to maintence. I would not take my care to any other service department in my city, but Fletcher Jones of Las Vegas. The valet service is impeccable. I am always greeted by my name in a promptly manor. Pat always takes possession of my vehicle and is prompt in letting my service advisor Spencer know that I have arrived. Each valet, and the service advisor offers waters & other accommodations with warm greetings. See all these things are so important to me; accommodations while employees personalizing interactions. Meanwhile, my car is always routinely and thoroughly maintence. My service advisor Spencer always lays out every detail into my mileage, past service, current service and future service. I can honestly say for as much as I drive my car. It still drives the same 60,000 miles later the same way I drove off of the car lot! The detailed wash that I received was of quality that I pay 60$ every other week. If you want to feel at home while getting great service from knowledgeable people who continuously deliver great service please know that you have no where else to look

Previously I had Audis and decided to try something new when their style no longer matched mine. I purchased my first Mercedes from Fletcher Jones on W. Sahara and was amazed at how great the service was. When it came to buying a new car, i went right back. It is literally night and day from Audi and I was always feel valued. If I have a question, I call right to my service advisor who always has time to answer or explain any detail.

This was by far the best exerience purchasing a car. The facility is top notch and many car dealers should take the layout and cleanliness as an example. I would also like to point out that the building would just be a shell without their incredible employees e.g. Jillian Yanez, Chris Cryer in Sales and Spencer Kaplan in Service. THey have definitely made the difference in making us feel welcome and taken care of.

Was in the market for a used vehicle and specifically a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Fletcher Jones Imports just happened to have one at the price point I was willing to spend. I contacted Slade Talbot in the internet department and came in to see the SUV. Slade treated me like an old friend rather than just some guy off the street. The FJ was better than what I had seen anywhere else, the price was right and a MORE than fair amount was given to me for my trade in. The finance department (which I usually hate sitting with due to hard up sell tactics) was a painless and easy process and made that end of the purchase easier than any dealership I've ever been to. I think this is about my Fifth Mercedes. They are always friendly and helpful. I have been in town for 40 years, and find their customer service had gotten much much better. Dennis is always there for me for service, he is knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Dennis and your great team.
