Good people, dog friendly

I bought my car here three years ago and I come back every time for my oil changes. They’re super friendly, on time, and they let me bring my dogs so the wait doesn’t feel like a chore, it feels like hanging out with friends.

I always come here for oil change and anything else that may be wrong. The staff is very friendly and very informative. I would definately recommend to a friend or family

Trusted and reliable!

Our recent visit at Subaru World Of Newton was originally for an Oil change. While service was being done we were checking out new Subarus and three days later we went home with a new Forester, Wilderness. Our salesperson was kind enough to answer all questions and after taking a closer and a test drive we knew this was the car for us. Hopefully we will be as happy with this new one as we have been with Our last 4 cars which have been Subarus.

Disappointed in Newton,N.J. won't be back.

When I first came into this dealership almost 3 years ago, I was looking to buy a car. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes, before anyone came to assist me. All the men sales reps were all huttle around in there own little group, glancing at me once in awhile, before anyone came over to see what I even wanted. I told them I was interested in getting a car, and told them what kind. They took me to the show room and showed me the car I was interested in, and left me there for awhile by myself. They then came back and showed me all the cars out on the lot, and directed me in the direction of the car I was interested in, and let me go out thru the lot by myself. I walked the whole lot by myself and came and stood in the lobby for another fifteen minutes and no one came back and said anything to me at all. These were all of your male sales men as well. Not a single female sales person in sight. I ended up leaving and going to another Subaru dealer a little further away and they treated me like a queen. I ended getting my car from them and go back to them, whenever I need something done to my car. I came into the other dealership I had gone to this week, because I had to have an oil change and rotation of my tires. That went well, but I was told it was time for me to get some new tires as my thread's were kinda thin. So I called the sales department to get a price on tires, which I found some I was interested and wanted to get. This was on a Friday that I got the oil change and Saturday is when I called up and talked to someone about the tires I wanted to get. Everything was set up for them to order the tired as I needed them to be put on Monday as I was preparing to move on Tuesday to North Carolina, and I was planning on driving my car right after I finished closing on saying my house. So I had to call another department to schedule an appointment for Monday. As I was calling on Saturday to try and set this up. No one ever answered the phone , I was told to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me. No one ever called. I ended up calling early Monday morning, someone finally answered and I told him I was trying to get in touch with that department since Saturday, they said they were so busy, they couldn't even get to the phone. I then proceeded to tell them about the tires I was supposed to be getting that day and needed to get an appointment to get them put on that day, as I was leaving the next day going to North Carolina. How about I was told that the tires I was supposed to get wouldn't be available until the next day, because something had happened while they were in transit. Now they had to scramble around to try and find me another kind of tire I would be satisfied with. Then they had to fit me in a time slot so I can have them put on, because I could never make the appointment, since no one ever answered the phone. Also my appointment was for 12:30 I was there at 12:15 and didn't leave there until almost 3:00 in the afternoon. I glad I won't be back to that dealer, praying I have better luck with the Subaru dealers in North Carolina.

Extremely satisfied customer

The personnel in the both the Parts and Service Departments are amazing professionals who deliver optimum customer service and satisfaction. Even though I did not have an appointment, the staff performed the work on my vehicle without having me return on another day. Moreover, the welcoming and warm environment created by the staff has one me over completely. I will not take by vehicle for service anywhere else. Thank you Subaru of Newton Staff

First time buyer/

I am almost 50 but this was my first new-car buying experience. Inhate shmooze and fake Nick was extremely affable, professional, down to earth, knowledgable, communicative, and honest. I left with a car that suits me perfectly from tires to budget, and a car that I absolutely love!
