I wanted to take the time to share how grateful I am to have Corey Sanchez answering all of my questions on parts I needed for my 2017 Nissan Murano. After Corey explained and had all the parts I needed to do service on my car. I have had 3 purchases in the past 6 weeks and Corey has my materials ready when I get there. Burleson Nissan is very lucky to have him as a employee!! Corey is the reason I go to Burleson Nissan for all of my Murano's parts!! Do Work!!

Since this post I was working on my SUV and snapped the transmission filter cover last Sunday. Monday was a holiday and first thing Tuesday morning I reached out to Corey and no one had any in Texas. So I am without a car because I was not taking any chances of messing up my CVT transmission. This man not only found me one, it was delivered to your dealership late the following afternoon. So talking about going above and beyond the call of duty well Corey saved me on this one for sure. If you look at my account you can see I have had 3 to 5 purchases from your parts department as I was servicing my Murano. All transactions Corey has handled for me. Thank you!

Nissan Burleson provided above and beyond customer service. The purchasing process was easy and quick. The facilities were very clean and they had water bottles to share if you were thirsty.
