Kandace was a doll to work with.

Kandace was a doll to work with. Very accommodating and a warm personality. We’ve bought two Lexus’ with Dolan before; one new, two used. The part I’m not too happy with is closing the deal where the White Sharks appear and hard sell of the extended warranty (where NO is a word they must not comprehend). I’d go back to Dolan if I needed another auto, however.

I have been buying cars from the Tom Dolan dealerships

I have been buying cars from the Tom Dolan dealerships for 40 years and have always had incredible services, and my vehicles cared for precisely as promised, with no underhanded practices, until now! Before I purchased my most recent used Lexus, I saw online, I made a number of calls, over a few days, to Dolan Kia, where the car was being advertised, to gather details on the car and had superb conversations with someone named Laura. We arranged an appointment time to meet, but when we arrived, there was no Laura, there was no car, and the salesmen seemed confused about our "scheduled" visit there. They tapped away on there handheld devices and said they needed to get it from a storage location. We waited nearly an hour, the car came, and there were damages, both inside and out that were never shown, or noted, in the ad. Over a 2 hour time frame, the salesmen made promises to repair some of those things, but other things would be better managed if we purchased the MAG protection plan in our finance package, which 3 different men drilled into our heads that the remaining repairs needed, including the missing 2nd key fob, and all kinds of other outer mishaps, would be covered by the MAG plan. The 3rd person we were passed off to was the finance person who, after 40 minutes, asked, if the MAG plan was a lower price, would we take it? We finally did, but were told we would be emailed the final purchase agreement after we electronically signed, and boy were we shocked to see the MAG plan at full price, a few weeks later, on the purchase agreement that came a few weeks later in the email! We had already set a service appointment, at Dolan Lexus (Chandell was wonderful) to get some MAG covered repairs done, but some of the promises of repairs to be covered by MAG, were not repairs covered in the plan, including the 2nd key fob that went missing before we bought the car! Husband and I have made many calls and visits to the dealership to speak to any of the 3 men we worked with on sales day, to get the promised work done by the MAG plan, or by the dealership, but they have been conveniently not there when we have reached out to talk to them! THIS IS NOT THE DOLAN WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, THAT I HAVE TRUSTED ALL THESE YEARS THAT TOM DOLAN WAS ALIVE AND OVERSEEING THE DEALERSHIPS! Very disappointing!

I was very happy with the actual buying of the car and

I was very happy with the actual buying of the car and dealing with the salesman, Dominic but I have now called twice to get information on a form that DMV needs for me to register the car and nobody has called me back. I have dealt with Dolan before and had no problems with follow up. Hopefully, things have not changed!

On Friday, May 30, I took my Lexus in with a sudden loose

On Friday, May 30, I took my Lexus in with a sudden loose panel on the dashboard. Although I had no appointment, William was very receptive to my concerns and quickly assured me that the problem would be addressed right away. The problem was fixed, and also the vehicle was washed and vacuumed as a service.

Dolan Lexus was an excellent experience from the start.

Dolan Lexus was an excellent experience from the start. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Kymberly my sales agent was fantastic and made everything easy! This is my first Lexus and I was super satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Dolan Lexus of Reno!

My Lexus broke down on Highway 80 leaving Nevada.

My Lexus broke down on Highway 80 leaving Nevada. I had to call AAA they towed my car to Dolan Lexus. I had the pleasure of meeting Julie. She went a live and beyond for me. She got me a rental car so I could take my mother to hotel. She kept me informed and always followed up prompt. Just an amazing experience. Five stars all the way. Julie gets a A! Amazing individual.

My previous Lexus (that I had for 11 years and purchased/serviced from Dolan Lexus) was totaled in an accident and I needed a new car quickly! My salesman, Brandon, went above and beyond finding my new dream car for me! He was diligent and spent hours researching cars and I purchased a 2025 RX 350h F-Sport! I really appreciated all the work that Brandon did! Kieran has been my service person for years and he is absolutely the best! I am a Dolan Lexus customer for life!
