Went in for my 10,000 mile service. My tires were rotated and had an oil change. My car service was done on the estimated time. I waited at the dealership while work done. Great job!! Thank you Dolan Toyota!

Great dealership
Great dealership! Went to a dealership in Carson city and they said the work would not be covered under warranty! I called Dolan Toyota and they did the work at no charge to me!

Won’t go back
Tried to reach my service advisor thru text link provided and phone call. No reply so I came at estimated time and had to wait an hour because car wasn’t ready. A reply from my advisor would have saved the headache.

I talked with Brendan in the service dept and he was very professional, helpful and courteous. When I brought the car in, he personally took charge of getting it taken care of and communicating with me. Excellent customer service!

80000 mile service
All work done as scheduled and this time I didn’t have to reset the “service required” light myself. A positive experience and all the employees were very polite and efficient.

Jairo was very helpful From Atlanta , Brakes were pulsing at high speed they resurfaced my rotors and changed my oil put me back on my way.. They should have rotated my tires tho. They still owe me three rotations Tires were discussed and so was rotate They missed on that But overall very satisfied with my service @ Dolan Toyota,, Reno NV No More Pulsing Brakes 😀
