Overall I am completely dissatisfied with Capitol Ford.

Overall I am completely dissatisfied with Capitol Ford. After purchasing my car, there were items that needed to be corrected. When making the service appointments, no one knows what is going on. You constantly get transferred to different departments. I had to remind every person that I talked to that it's 2 items that need to be serviced, not just 1. However when arriving to my appointment they still had no knowledge of the second item despite multiple calls and inquiries. The service department is completely lost. When dropping off my car to be serviced, no one from the service department desks even looks up to acknowledge you. Even when they do, they point to another person and say they are handling your appointment, not me. I left my car there for a 1PM service appointment and when I returned at 4PM they did ZERO service. When asking why to the "service manager", Deavalynn, her only explanation was, "your keys hit my desk an hour ago". That is not an adequate reason. When I got her on the phone later she was combative and argumentative. In my opinion, not good managerial qualities. Long story short, my car is still missing parts and they want me to return to the service department to try this all over again. I will likely go to Corwin for all my future service needs after my experience today.

Exceptional customer service!

I was speaking with two different Ford dealerships and the professionalism, quick responses, thorough answers to my questions and overall personality of Capital Ford made it a very easy decision to purchase there over another dealership. From my initial emailing with Carlie with questions, reserving a vehicle, etc. to my interaction and final purchase with Joe, it was a completely painless process. He made sure to walk me through the entire car, explain all the tech, show me all the little things, just a really great guy that made me very comfortable during the entire process. He was great with my daughter too! The entire team at Capital Ford were friendly, quick, patient...everything I could have asked for. They were not pushy with upgrades/add ons, made sure my financing deal was right for me, stayed in communication about the cars delivery date, and had it ready to go when I got to the dealership. Trade-in was simple. I could go on and on about the great experience I had but long story short, great company and great people to work with! Highly recommend Joe Wick, and Capital Ford as a whole.

Typical crappy service department

I own a 2017 F-350 dually which I have had many problems with. I just love the way Ford dealers blame the customer when problems arise. Same here. It's my fault the fuel pump went bad.

Unnecessary repair due to neglect

We purchased a maintenance agreement with Ford Motor Company to maintain our vehicle for up to 75000 miles/6 years. Our vehicle always maintained by Capital Ford and everything seemed ok, however, three months ago the battery died and we needed to replace it. Not a problem, however, they never checked or advised us that the battery cable/harness was getting corroded and when we went to replace the battery the connections were so corroded a new harness needed to be installed, a bill of almost $1000. Do I trust Capital Ford? No their service department has failed us and our vehicle. Ford Motor Company, has been an epic fail also.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAPITAL CITY FORD!

Bought a 2018 Ford Escape. 10 days after purchase my car is the service/repair with a fly wheel/transmission warranty problem. Aug 12th brought my car in. Today is Sept 4, 2019 and they are now telling me it SHOULD be ready NEXT TUESDAY - which is another week and it's what they say every week for a month. No call backs either. I have called corp as well - still no results. I will NEVER deal with this delaership again, not will I EVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. I am losing 1000 per week because I am out of work (driving is my living) plus had to borrow 3500k to pay my bills for the last month. Lawyer?

Excellent customer service, staff were so nice an

Excellent in their service and staff make it very easy in the processing time. Thanks to zach our agent and norman.. they make things easier . My husband just gave our info in phone and they process it and we got an approval. we stop by in the dealership and finalized and we got it done. We are a repeat customer after we got our 2018 escape last year from them.definitely will reccomend them and hopefully comeback for next vehicle..Very good team and staff ..

Efficient service

The reason for this service call was to have the passenger airbag replaced in our 2008 Fusion. Their service was timely and efficient. We of course will not know if the repairs have worked unless we need the airbag!

Normal service on my F150 was great

Had normal service done on my F150. Every thing was done to perfection and they went over the paperwork with me and explained everything that was done.
