I live out of state and started the process of buying a vehicle over the phone and internet. I was very satisfied working with Valente and the salesman Bill. Everything was explained clearly to my satisfaction and feedback was elicited from me. I dealt with Norm for financial matters and he was very helpful in clearly having me know exactly what I was doing in the process. He was knowledgeable on some aspects that I needed some information. He did not give biased information and was making sure that I was an informed client. I would recommend this Ford dealership to others looking for a vehicle

I had an excellent experience with my first lease. I have purchased new cars in the past through other dealers and it was painful at best. This was fantastic and I have told my family and friends about how refreshingly nice and easy it was. Gil assisted me test driving 3 cars and he was VERY knowledgeable and kind and patient. He never rushed me and answered all my questions. He showed my all the options on each car and really knows his stuff. Once I decided on the vehicle, LEVI assisted me with the financing portion of the lease and gave me several options and explained the lease to me. He was wonderful and friendly and also never rushed me. He made sure I understood everything and was very transparent. My final stop was with JT the finance Manager. He explained the various lease options and helped me structure the lease based on my particular needs. He did not pressure me at all. I choose the wear-care package for my car at a reasonable price for the service. I love my 2016 Ford Escape and I loved the experience of acquiring it! Thank you all at Capital Ford for your professional and friendly assistance!

Best Service Experience Ever
Dropped my car off as scheduled and Doyle that assisted me was outstanding, helpful, courteous and accommodating. My car was ready sooner then expected. When I picked it up a young lady was there to process the paperwork and walk me to my car. The multipoint inspection was more then I ever expected or have received from other dealers. And at no cost. I'm very happy to own a Ford product. Zach Weber handled the original purchase and I recommend you see him for a Ford or Hyundai product. He knows his car and was very helpful and showing me all the bells and whistles of my amazing Ford Escape.

Superior Service
We've been married for nearly 62 years and have always had our cars serviced. Over the years, we have lived in seven different locations, and Dick Campagni's Capital Ford's service is the best we've ever had anywhere. Although we presently live in Reno, we drive to Carson City because the difference is quite remarkable.

Hats off to Capital Ford - Carson City
Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had: Zach was awesome, attentive to what I wanted, no pressure, very knowledgeable on the Fusion. Norman the Finance Director was equally helpful and explained all documents, and options (extended warranty etc.), again no pressure. After sale, I received a phone call from the sales person (Zach) asking if I had any additional questions and an offer to come in anytime if I did. Yesterday, 1/5/16 I again received a call from Capital Ford inquiring about my satisfaction. This after sale concern has never happened in my 45+ years of car purchases in Northern Nevada. 30K service
I took my vehicle in for a 30K service. Dropped it off as they opened up and had a phone call 90 minutes saying it was ready for pick up. Fantastic service!
