We purchased a maintenance agreement with Ford Motor Company to maintain our vehicle for up to 75000 miles/6 years. Our vehicle always maintained by Capital... Ford and everything seemed ok, however, three months ago the battery died and we needed to replace it. Not a problem, however, they never checked or advised us that the battery cable/harness was getting corroded and when we went to replace the battery the connections were so corroded a new harness needed to be installed, a bill of almost $1000. Do I trust Capital Ford? No their service department has failed us and our vehicle. Ford Motor Company, has been an epic fail also.
First time there for scheduled servicing, cannot express my satisfaction good enough, Nancy made the appointment, Jenny the service writer was very thorough... and professional, will definitely come back
Bought a 2018 Ford Escape. 10 days after purchase my car is the service/repair with a fly wheel/transmission warranty problem. Aug 12th brought my car... in. Today is Sept 4, 2019 and they are now telling me it SHOULD be ready NEXT TUESDAY - which is another week and it's what they say every week for a month. No call backs either. I have called corp as well - still no results. I will NEVER deal with this delaership again, not will I EVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. I am losing 1000 per week because I am out of work (driving is my living) plus had to borrow 3500k to pay my bills for the last month. Lawyer?
Happy Mothers Day purchase to Me from my husband! The staff was very pleasant, courteous and answered all of our questions. We knew exactly what we wanted... and There were no hard sell tactics to purchase unnecessary accessories. The experience was exceptional.
Excellent in their service and staff make it very easy in the processing time. Thanks to zach our agent and norman.. they make things easier . My husband... just gave our info in phone and they process it and we got an approval. we stop by in the dealership and finalized and we got it done. We are a repeat customer after we got our 2018 escape last year from them.definitely will reccomend them and hopefully comeback for next vehicle..Very good team and staff ..
The reason for this service call was to have the passenger airbag replaced in our 2008 Fusion. Their service was timely and efficient. We of course will... not know if the repairs have worked unless we need the airbag!
Had normal service done on my F150. Every thing was done to perfection and they went over the paperwork with me and explained everything that was done.

Thanks for caring about my problem and not how much you could charge me. Hopefully through their suggested replacement of my aftermarket catalytic converter... I will be able after three months of trying get it to pass smog. Still waiting for new replacement Ford catalytic converter. They explainedand showed me their computer and it’s read out which enabled me to understand why I needed a Ford catalytic converter instead of the aftermarket one I had on my Lincoln Navigator. The Reno Dealer had guessed what was wrong and put on a new computer and four sensors and kept my car for a month and charged me over $2000.00 and never fixed the problem. Carson’s tech said if they had read their computer right in the first place they would know exactly where the problem was. I would like to give you a 100% rating but until the Ford catalytic converter arrives and installed I am not positive this will correct my problem. If I does or does not I will let Carson Capital Ford know. I will never go to Jones West Ford again!!!!!!it will be live or die situation if I do. Their service writer is not honest or cares about the customer, and I had to pay for it.
