The salesman was professional and answered questions readily. If he didn't have an immediate answer, he would research the question and provide an answer. I have spent a lot of time shopping for a new vehicle, and this was a pleasant experience. They had the vehicle that I wanted and we negotiated a price. Closed quickly

Excellent Service!

I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car from the Honda dealership in Corpus Christi. Our salesperson, Jesse, was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and made the whole process enjoyable. Jordan was also very helpful and friendly. The financial representative, Diego, was excellent at presenting the information in a clear and concise manner, and was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next vehicle.

This is my revised review.

This is my revised review. I had a great experience with the sales associates at this dealership. They were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and the vehicle I wanted without any hassle. However, I had a problem with the finance manager when I signed the final paperwork. I had told him that I did not want any extended warranty extras, but I agreed to the tire and rim package. Because of an ear infection, I could not hear him well when he mentioned dent and interior protection. I thought he said they were included in the price, but he actually added them to my bill. I did not notice the extra charge of $1398.00 until several days later when I reviewed the documents. I was very disappointed and frustrated by this mistake, as I did not need or want those protection packages.

The salesmen was very patient with us since we were undecided on which model and color. The finance department was low pressure when it came to upsell the warranty.
