Disappointed.
Disappointed.. had a part that was not fasten correctly was dragging as I picked up speed while driving after being serviced. Scarry. Could of gotten into accident AND NO balance of tires after rotate tires it had 60 thousand plus miles. Had to take car back TWICE for those 2 things. I feel Honda and/or technicians are cutting corners, and rushing to skip certain services to get more cars in to service and or please hire more technicians. This is the first time I have had any problems with Corpus Christi Honda Dealership. 2nd time going back for those 2 problems Jill took care of me without added cost to me.
