Shoutout to Maddox Simmons who has been our salesman at Courtesy CDJR at Stonecrest. This was our third time within this year going to him to purchase vehicles for our family. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica in January, a used Honda Civic in June and a Jeep Renegade in October. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to contact Maddox, you won’t be disappointed! If you don’t see what you want on the lot, he will find you what you are looking for. He is such a great friendly guy & terrific to work with. He is very knowledgeable about cars. He has our business for life! This is the best dealership around! From the minute you walk through the door to signing the paperwork with the finance department it was an easy process. I use to dread going to dealerships looking for cars in the past but we found the place we will continue to go to for future needs. It has been the easiest & most pleasant experience we have ever had when buying cars. Thanks again to Maddox Simmons for everything!

I have been in the Jeep community for over 20 years.

I have been in the Jeep community for over 20 years. I've recently purchased another Wrangler and brought it into Stonecrest Jeep Dodge, for a diagnostics check. I was advised that I needed a Clockspring and my tires were showing signs of dry rot and it was suggested to purchase a new set. At that time I was told that the tires would be buy 3 and get the 4th for a dollar, I agreed on all service. Time passed while waiting on parts (approximately 2 weeks), I was assured that I would get the tires because it was agreed upon and on a open ticket. Once picking up my Jeep I was told that I had to pay full price for all 4 tires. I asked to speak to the Rusty Higgins to discuss the price, he never came. Upon arriving home I noticed that the tires I paid full price for were NOT the ones on my vehicle. I returned to the dealership not only to have them fix the issue but to speak to Rusty regarding the deal that I was promised. I requested to speak to Rusty, an associate returned with a forwarded message from him(" GO FILE A COMPLAINT").. I left Chrysler Dodge Jeep Stonecrest feeling Ignored, Dismissed and Extremely Frustrated!!!!. Rusty Higgins showed no concern for the customer which makes him VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..

Service

My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

My car came in with the engine light. The service department found the issue, unfortunately was not able to fix it due to my warranty. Great customer service and assist me every step of the way

Battery replacement

Even the service was good. The technician left trash from his snack in my vehicle. An didn't put back my battery cover under my passenger seat

Truck

Excellent customer service. They didn't over charge me. Vehicle was vandalized and the Sr service technician "Mr. Mitchell" walked me thru the claim process.

Best Dealership

My sales person Gemar Ridley was the best ever. I took time to address my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me, then he took extra time to fully set up the amenities of the vehicles for me. He and Noah, in F&I, are the best!
