As it has been since 2009 when I did my first lease with BH BMW, Neda has been an example of professional excellence and outstanding service and care. The entire staff is very helpful and cordial, professional and attentive. I sincerely appreciate every bit of their efforts.

Buyer Beware; Do Not Trust BMW of Beverly Hills

Initially had a great buying experience. Three months later, I find out my CPO?ed, clean CARFAX vehicle had been in a prior accident, and was not properly repaired. Outside water leaks into the vehicle, and there is body damage. According to another BMW dealership who recently inspected the vehicle for said water leak, the vehicle never should have passed CPO inspection. I left a phone message for BMW of Beverly Hills? service manager Dung Trinh, to call me back, he never did. I wrote a lengthy email to six members of management, including General Manager Sean Ramizani, nobody has responded. Horrible customer service.

Awesome buying experience

I found the certified preowned BMW. I was looking for online made most of the deal come together remotely. Jeremy and Amin made my experience, enjoyable!

Everyone at Beverly Hills BMW was incredibly helpful and

Everyone at Beverly Hills BMW was incredibly helpful and patient during the car buying process. Konstantin helped walk me through the entire sales process and was understanding when I had many questions about the car and the purchase process. Dani was informative and transparent about the financing process. Lizandro was a key part of the deal and did a great job making sure his customer was happy with the deal. Diamond was very patient with me as I read through the documentation and asked clarifying questions. Michael was a tech wizard and gave me lots of great tips for how to operate the car. Overall, I had a great experience with BH BMW.
