Antonio Vera is an all star in the service department. I have taken both of my Volkswagens to this dealership for the last four years and have always had great customer service and care.

Lied about the car I purchased did not get over 300 miles per charge. Told me it was free charging for 3 years it was not. Second ID4 purchased. Told me they would compensate for the mistake, never did. I traded my ID for that I purchased and it was so the same day I treated it in so they could not do anything for me. I will buy another ID4 not from this dealership. Worse experience I have had at a dealership.

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I have bought two cars and have been going to Tracy VW Since 2013. I have always had great service though the last time the communication could have been a little better and my only complaint the coffee machine wasn’t working.

We recently had our service completed, and I have to say, it was a mixed bag! The first person I interacted with had a hint of attitude when I asked how long the process would take. I decided to brush it off; maybe he just needed a little coffee that morning! On the brighter side, the second representative was incredibly friendly and really made a difference. In the end, the service itself was fantastic! Overall, a good experience despite the rocky start!
