Excellent Cusotmer Service for the 1st time

Daniel Vega is the BEST service manager that I have been to at Safford of Springfield. I walked in and he made eye contact with me and was more than happy to help me. I explained what was going on with my jeep and he knew exactly what was going on. Daniel was very polite and professional and was willing to answer any questions that I had. The other service managers that I have had in the past at Safford should take notes from Daniel on how to treat a customer. I can truly say that this is the very first time that I have felt like I wasn't an inconvenience to the service writers to come in and have service done on my jeep. This is actually the very first review that I have ever completed since 2013,due to I never really had anything great to say about the experience at Safford of Springfield until now. I hope Daniel sticks around because I will definitely return to him from this point on. Keep up the great customer service Daniel !!! Fred E. Jones

Multi function light

Always satisfied with service at Safford Chrysler. The workers do excellent work. Service leaders are terrific and service manager solves any issues that may come up.

Services were outstanding! Quoted repair prices were excessive. For example, $177 for a cabin filter change. Changed it myself within two minutes and paid $25 for the cabin filter. Overall great service.

Warranty / Service Work

Safford did a great job again. In for minor warranty issue, oil change, and tires rotated. Great value on service, and staff are very professional.

Exceptional Service

After trying to get a safety recall done at my regular dealer for three months, I called Safford Springfield and they got me in the same day. While there they did some additional service that was due. Keith was my service advisor. He made the entire experience quick and easy. Accurate cost estimate, car ready when promised, and friendly professional service. They have a clean, modern facility as well. I'll be going back to them for future service.

Oil change and Tire Rotation

Daniel in service was very helpful and the service department got my oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour. Id highly recommend Daniel, Richard, and their team.

Great service, friendly staff, done on time!

This is a great place to get your car serviced. Haven't bought a car here yet... That maybe next . places clean the waiting area is exceptional staff is friendly mechanics know what they're doing.
