Honestly, it was great buying a car on Land Over South Bay dealership. They were super nice and patience, they solve all the problem I have about the car and insurance also payment options. It’s was awesome! The dealership is very clean and organized, very beautiful.

Best service ever
I had a very nice experience there . Love this dealership > Paco in the parts Department is always so helpful and knowledgeable Nate is always making sure anything my car needs is going to be done on time My service advisor Steven Ross also very helpful and very customer oriented .

I always have a terrific experience with the local dealership. I have a new Advisor Joel who was just fantastic. But I have nothing but horrible experiences with your scheduling system for service. You outsource it to another city and they are absolutely horrible. I called and waited 1 hour when I finally called back 3x and asked for a call back 3x. No one ever called me back. I had a tire blow out and needed immediate service. I also wanted to replace all 4 tires. But no one called me back so we were forced to go somewhere else. We were able to get to the Parts department to see if they had the tires but no response from your outsourced service scheduling. Just pathetic. The local team is very frustrated by this and it makes doing there job impossible to the level of service that we expect. You need to fix this ASAP. Just a reminder, the local team is FANTASTIC...........it is your outsourced call center that is horrible
