Service was excellent and efficient as always. The only recommendation that I would make is a free car wash! That would be a great addition.

Love my C-max

Friendly people. Not pushy. Facilities need some upgrade. Make sure you keep the loaner for service. Otherwise you're not convenient.

This is the best Ford dealer I have used for car maintenance. Friendly and accomodating. Only two down sides is to this dealership it is old and is in dire need of an upgrade. Also, they would not negotiate when I bought my new car. So I bought it from the Ford down the street but use Jerry's for service.

Great Service

Had my service done and couldn't be happier with the treatment. Easy to make appointments, friendly staff who know what they are doing. I have had numerous service appointments on two vehicles there and they have always been great. I wish all dealerships were this good.

Great Service Teams

My 2005 Escape Hybrid had its electronic cooling pump for the hybrid battery replaced as part of a recall. Because I was waiting for my vehicle, staff worked quickly in a short amount of time. Jerry's FML staff are always helpful, pleasant, and professional.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Tom was very informed and helpful...he did not attempt high pressure sales tactics, which was greatly appreciated. Tom's manager was also reasonable and pro-active in helping with offers of routine service and used car evaluation issues. Old building was about to undergo renovations, so this Is not a significant ding. Great job!

Great Sales "Team"

Working with the "Team" at Jerry's Ford was a pleasure. I was treated with respect and given a fair deal. The vehicle was delivered as promised. I purchased a 2015 f150. There is no need to buy from another Ford store when your neighborhood dealer is Jerry's Ford.
