I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in.

I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with the manager Will and specified I was coming in to view the vehicle. Will told me he would have a salesman call me or message me when the vehicle was ready.i never received either. After getting the kids together we made the trip to the dealership. When we arrived I was told the car sold 30 minutes prior. I thought this was very unprofessional of him. This was top tier xxxx poor customer service. I don’t recommend doing business with this dealership.

Sales Consultant & Overall Experience Review

My experience dealing with Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda was the best from the sales representative expertise to the finance manager and staff crew. I have been with my sales representative Will Lang (now Sales Manager) for 5 years when I leased from Lindsay Cadillac in Virginia. Once my lease was coming to an end, Will reached out to me and let me know he was now with Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda, so last year in May I took my business to where he was working. As usual, he took very good care of me, which was helping me to pick out the vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted inside and out. Will is always available to help me no matter what the issue is. He goes above and beyond to make your experience (whether you are leasing or buying) efficient, effective and drama free. The entire Jim Coleman Team was fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson/sales manager Will Lang to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Cadillac. The finance portion with Stew Mallon (Finance Manager) was also a breeze. He made you feel at ease while transacting your final step.
