Great Experience
I had a great buying experience with Jim Coleman Cadillac. I was able to get great value for my trade-in and paid a great price for my new 2012 CTS Coupe. I talked to several dealerships during my car search and found Jim Coleman Cadillac to be the best by far. I was very impressed with the patience and honesty of my salesperson and thought he was professional throughout the transaction. I would strongly recommend Jim Coleman Cadillac to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I must say I was very pleased with the experience I had at Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda. When I first arrived at the dealership, the salesman was very nice and helpful with all my needs. After I purchased the car they didn't just say goodbye either, they made sure I knew how to operate everything in the car. They also made sure I did not have any other questions or concers. If you're looking for a cadillac or a used car, this is the place to go.

Jim Coleman Cadillac is an excellent dealership. I felt completely comfortable buying a car and the entire process was simple. They were not pushy and they made sure that the vehicle was to my expectation. But most importantly everyone who attended to my needs and concerns was courteous and pleasant. My car was clean and ready for me when paperwork was completed. Even they filled up the gas.

Great Experience
I was looking for a used SUV and found what I was looking for. The sales staff was very professional and courteous. Finance department found me a great rate for a used vehicle and got me out the door quickly. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

Recently had my car in for service and I was overwhelmed...
Recently had my car in for service and I was overwhelmed by the great service I received. I had my car to another dealer for a noise but they were unable to fix it. I contacted Jim Coleman and got Dave on the phone, he set-up an appointment for me and arranged a shuttle ride so I could get back to work. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and as arranged got a ride back to the metro in a limo!! Dave called me later that morning to inform that they had found the cause of the noise and that it needed timing chains. He informed me that although I was out of warranty he had spoken to his manager and they would perform the repair under warranty. I was thrilled! My car was ready that evening and I was picked up at the metro ( by limo) and taken back to the dealer. After paying for my other repairs I was thanked for my business and given a rose..wow!!! Limo ride and a rose and it wasn't even Valentine's Day. Jim Coleman Cadillac will be getting all my future service work and when I am ready to purchase a new car it will be my first stop. Thanks again Jim Coleman Cadillac!!!

took car in for brakes..upon leaving dealer i noticed a...
took car in for brakes..upon leaving dealer i noticed a noice in rear..reduced my speed and a mile from home the rear tire flew off.someone neglected to attach bolts. car went into ditch..when i called coleman made arrangements to pick up the car...in towing the front recieved additional damageCustomer service was non-existant..their attitude was complacent at best.....Car was repaired...when i went back because the front dash was bucled they refused to do anything......I took the car to Moore cadillac and they were fantastic....they fixed the dash uder warranty and I am now a loyal customer.......

I had my car in at a local shop and they said I needed a...
I had my car in at a local shop and they said I needed a new Idler pulley for my CTS. They said the part was not available until the following Monday. I asked them where they were getting the part from and they said Jim Coleman Cadillac. Well, I decided to call them myself and explain the situation. The man who answered had a very thick accent but was extremely polite and patient. I told him what I needed and that I needed it fast because my ailing daughter had an appointment with a specialist at Children's hospital the next day. He said he would see what he could do and get back to me. Not 7 minutes later he called back and said he used their parts locator to find the part locally and that they would pick up the part ASAP and deliver it to the independent shop where my car was! I almost broke into tears. An employee of this caliber should definitely be noticed and commeneded. I have never had a better experience or better results in the automotive industry.
