Before we drove over 2 hours to see THE car we'd been looking for I called Turnage and asked if I could hold it with a credit card. Daniel assured me that was unnecessary and simply wanted to know what time to expect us. He told me the price including taxes and tags and explained our payment options. The car was well represented by the on line photos and is impeccably clean Our purchase process could not have been any smoother. Cannot say enough nice things about these folks. They even had the car running to cool it off before we got back into the parking lot that is I26 on a scorching Friday afternoon.

Team work made our process of purchasing our beautiful Mercedes Benz smooth and non stressful. Thank you Aaron, Daniel and Roy for your excellent service you provided to my husband and I.

This is how all car dealerships should be ran. What a great experience. I was looking for a specific car and found it listed by Turnage Motor Co on car guru's for a "Good" price. Actually it was the only fair price on the Internet. All the other listings were over NADA full retail just trying to price gouge the consumer. Go figure. I called and talked to Aaron Turnage and he was easy to talk to without pressuring me to come see the car TODAY!! He was honest about some recommended maintenance that would need to be done soon so I wouldn't be blindsided soon after buying the car. I'm overall very happy with my purchase and will use them again in the future.

I don't know what I like better the NEW friend I seemed to have made at Turnage Motor Company or my New Used Car! I want to thank Roy from the bottom of my heart for looking out for me as a person and knowing what my needs were and he fulfilled my needs in a very professional way. Never was a particular vehicle ever pushed off on me. I emailed Aaron about a car on Christmas Eve. I didn't expect a response until after the Holidays, but he got back to me within a few hours. On Christmas Day he took the time to answer some questions before I drove up from from Atlanta to see the car. Many dealers will encourage a potential buyer to make a long trip to "look" at a car. Aaron and Roy made sure that I was well educated about the history and the condition of the car. Roy came in to the dealership on the day after Christma, just to meet my wife and I. When I was late - his only concern was that I might not have enough daylight to thoroughly inspect the car. Even our dog was impressed - Roy watched him while we test drove the car and she was running around the office like she lived there by the time we completed out purchase. The car was fantastic - they had definitely made sure that if anything they overstated the flaws. We drove the car back to Atlanta - trouble free - the next day, and will be bringing it back to Lake Murray where a red convertible ought to live next weekend. Turnage is clearly managed and staffed by people who still stand by their word. I don't believe you could go wrong trusting them.
