Buying my 2017 Subaru Forrester
Larry was a great to work with. Took my budget and worked with me to get the best deal. He even called over the weekend and after hours while I was still contemplating my options. Even after I ultimately purchased the car, he checked to see how I was enjoying my new car. Larry and his sales team did everything within my budget and made the process rather seamless. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone interested in buying a Subaru with great customer service.

No pressure.
We were dealing with an end of lease decision & were not sure what direction we wanted to go. From the initial contact with Diablo Subaru we were afforded the time to work through our decision process. After two visits we turned in our vehicle & leased a new one.

I purchased my 2005 Subaru WRX STi from Diablo Subaru and had a positive buying experience. I also purchased a Forester for my Mother at this dealership. Since then I've been taking my car to Diablo Subaru Walnut Creek for almost all of my maintenance. I believe Taylor Gaddis was initially a driver, mechanic and then became a Service Advisor. The service department has been hampered by construction but Taylor always takes great care of me despite the challenges they have been facing with construction. Quality people.

Extremely helpful, no high pressure
David Nevitt was wonderful and helpful sales person who went above and beyond the call of duty answering my questions and working to my schedule and helping to obtain exactly the vehicle I wanted.
