Scheduling an appointment was very easy.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I dropped off my Honda Pilot before my scheduled appointment. Following the appointment, I received a call within twenty minutes informing me that my Pilot was ready. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience! I certainly plan to return with my Pilot for future services.

Took my car for service and they said it would be 2 to 3

Took my car for service and they said it would be 2 to 3 hours it was there for 5 and they didn’t even finish everything. They called saying they forgot to take a picture of a part they installed and asked for me to take it back and they’ll fill up my gas tank. So I took it the next morning and they never put any gas in it. Never really had a problem at this dealership and I have gotten a couple cars there in the past but this was disappointing

As always, a pleasure being there.

As always, a pleasure being there. Fast, efficient and welcoming. The team is always ready to answer questions. The establishment is always clean. I drive from LA city just to get their service!

My appointment was for 9:30am and I was on time I sat in

My appointment was for 9:30am and I was on time I sat in the car almost 30 minutes and no one never came out my friend had to go in to see what’s going on a few minutes later they came out. When i arrived I no cars was in front of me instead of coming out to help the customer they continued staying in side and answering the phone I thought customers come first I guess not and the couldn’t tell me how long my car was going to take for service
