The service agent who “helped” was not up to par with the
The service agent who “helped” was not up to par with the service I have received in the past. I normally have a wonderful agent who sends me a welcome text, and gives me text updates. This time I got no notifications at all. I was not even notified when my car was ready and I was at the facility waiting for it (I gave notice I would be in the lobby) and he said he would text me. Also, as he was checking me in, he dropped what he was doing to speak with another customer and left me awkwardly standing there listening to their conversation. Like I said previously, the service here is usually great! This is the first bad experience I have had. I really didn’t expect it given that I was there on a Tuesday afternoon, and there were very few customers.
