Honest & Friendly Dealership
We recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV 1LT from George Chevrolet and the overall experience couldn't be better. We had ordered the car in January of this year and the production of Bolt has been slow with a backlog. Most other Chevrolet dealers have been marking up the price with a variety of techniques and tricks and this dealership turned out to be one of the very few who was willing to sell a Bolt to us on MSRP price! Our son who is the co-owner of the car, primarily did the research and interacted with the really nice salesperson, Victor for the past 4 months or so. Victor and his boss were super friendly, honest, upfront, transparent, helpful, and pleasant. Eventually the car arrived from Michigan and three of us went and picked up the car. They were welcoming, fast, very cordial and the overall experience was wonderful. They had cleaned up the car very well and there were no dust, dirt, ding, or damage. The dealership had a positive vibe and felt warm and welcoming. The paperwork went smoothly and the car was 100% charged for our trip back home (Belflower near Los Angeles to Fresno in central valley CA). This is our 2nd EV after owning a Tesla Model 3 for 4.5 years and we have loved this Bolt so far. It is an excellent EV with great and useful features for the price.

Felt very crap during the buying process
Worst car buying experience ever . The salesman James and manage JJ were both manipulating and not honest, very contradicting as well as misleading. They definitely make up the rules as they go along.

Victor Cazares really took care of us on the purchase of our 2022 Colorado . He delivered on everything he promised . Victor took the time to explain all the warranties that I have always refused to get in the past. Now that I have a better understanding of the warranties I took advantage of the warranties.
