Courtney Fisher assisted me throughout the process of setting up and supervising my 149,000 service on my car. As usual, she handled my request with courtesy and good humor. She kept me updated every step of the way via text. Given the current pandemic, I utilized the valet pick up and delivery service. Courtney put me in Megan Gomez's capable hands. Megan is awesome. Wore a mask and kept the windows cracked to be protective while I wait my turn for a vaccine. Courtney's incredible handing of my car service and needs, over and over again, is what creates the confidence and trust I have with the mechanics at RH Volvo. Thanks to Courtney, Megan, and technician(s) that worked on my car, I will continue to drive with confidence.

Scheduled appointment for 90K service and for correction of issue causing CHECK ENGINE light. The Service Advisor, Bryce Salyers did outstanding job of inducting my XC60, putting me in a loaner, and keeping me advised of progress and repair requirements. Car returned at agreed time with all work completed.

From the moment I drove in to get air in my tires to the 50,000 mile check up Evan Fabian was incredible. We got my tire fixed since I was headed out of town and then schedule me at that time to get my routine maintenance done. I also needed tires and he found ways to help me save with Vendor rebates. He thought outside the box to help me with everything. I was a real person to him and not just a customer. He truly was amazing to myself and an elderly couple that once again knew him by name and he juggled both of us at the same time making us both feel that we were the most important. He is someone that you truly need to keep around. He Cares.

i have friends who hesitate to use a dealer for their maintenance and repairs, believing that it is more expensive. The prices are in-line or below anything else around, there is a pleasant waiting area, and they will loan you a car while yours is repaired. There is no way to beat it

Jon Toopes did a fine job of handling our appointment. Wait time was reasonable, explanation was thorough, and update on the progress was also timely.

Very pleased with the service that I received. They gave me a loaner car so I could attend my granddaughters music lesson.

Evan has gone above and beyond to help me when ever I had a problem and needed anything. Trevor is a great salesman and still answers my calls when ever I can't figure something out.
