Our experience with TJ, Keith and Drew was great. They were all very helpful and professional. No high pressure sales and answers our many questions on the vehicles and options. We ended up buying an XC60 and we’re very happy with the price and whole process to purchase.

I was in the market for a new car and was doing some online research. When I went on the Hendrick Volvo site their chat feature popped up and I was able to ask specific questions about specific cars on their lot. When the conversation had concluded I was sent detailed spec's on the cars I was most interested in and I also made an appointment to come test drive a few. When I arrived I was helped by Bob Schneider, and I have to say he did an excellent job! He never pushed any one vehicle on me, he just explained all of the features and the thought process behind Volvo's design and safety decisions. After I left I went to a few other dealerships and I quite frankly found the other cars lacking in both style, safety, and features. A few days later when I came in to sign the paperwork for my XC40 Plus I told Bob that he did such a great job, that he basically ruined all the other car manufacturers for me! Hendrick Volvo has a great team and many staff members helped to make my experience wonderful. I would be remiss though if I didn't give a shout out to Bob's sales manager, Tim Freidag. Tim sealed the deal with me AND he found me excellent financing. 5-star team at Hendrick Volvo.

This is my first experience buying a Volvo. Even though we didn’t buy new and bought preowned, I was very impressed with how thorough the team was, and how they paid so much attention to detail. TJ was our sales consultant and listened to my needs and my budget. He was so thorough giving information and patient with us but not pushy. Keith spent lots of time showing us all the different features, which were many on our xc60 Volvo. I really appreciated that because there were so many features that without this hands on tutorial many features would have been unused. Drew did our final paperwork and was very professional and listened to our needs. Overall a very good and impressive first experience with Volvo.
