best dealership

Wade is the best salesman ive bought 2 vehicles from him in less then a year. Id recomend him to anybody he wasnt pushy into making the deal he was very helpful and understanding

Owner

Very accommodating. Showed up with no appointment and I was in and out within a 1/2 hour. Great service and the waiting area is fantastic.

Great Service !!!!

The guy that helped me was great, I dont think he could have done a better job !! Thank you very much. I dont know the guys name that helped me, he was a big guy and said he had only worked there for 4 days !!!! I was very impressed, I would hire him in a minute a the business that I manage.

Recall on my 2013 Toyota Camery

Explained the process in reg english so I could understand the repair. Did not have me waiting, repair done in timely manner. Great team.

Customer service at Lithia in Missoula

I had an appointment for an oil change. They took my car in on time, finished it in a half hour, did an inspection and gave me a coupon for a car wash. They used paper on the floor and plastic on the seat in order to keep my car clean for me. The waiting area is very nice. the price was very reasonable, and no one pushed me to have other things done. The people at Lithia were nice and showed that they care about their customers. I recently took my 2010 RAV4 in to Lithia Toyota for its 60,000 mile servicing. The service representative was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. My vehicle was ready when promised and the bill was several hundred dollars less than the original estimate. The reason was that several of the items listed on the factory 60,000 mile recommendations turned out to not be applicable to my RAV4. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased!
