very nice loaner vehicle

I enjoyed driving the loaner vehicle while waiting for my car to be serviced. The service adviser was very professional and helpful. The facility looks very nice.

Thanks

Service was good. They did all the work that was needed on the vehicle. I will say though, they have some major bugs to work out with the automated text message/e-mail service they are trying to offer.

You lost our car.

You sent our car to a body shop and neither you nor they no were it is. We have tried for three days to get an answer from you.

cooperative, relaxed and professional

I received an excellent price on the Audi I purchased, great sales help from Ian Kim and a quick, efficient closing. They could use a customer parking area.

Good But ...

overall a very good experience but when you have a customers waiting in line and you hear and watch the Mercedes Benz employee thanking the customer in front to you and giving them 2 free car wash coupons and when you are closing out and paying and all they do is to tell you to make sure your rate them as excellent …. it think something is missing. Minor ting an still love the place but you just need to make sure you are offering the same to all clients and not just some.

Spent 8 Extra Hours at Dealership

It took over 6 hours to complete paperwork because they only had one Finance Manager working Salesman told me the car had Apple Play but had issues setting it up. When I got home I still couldn't get it to work and he told me to bring it back for Service to look at it and we discovered the car didn't actually have Apple Play. He should know more about the car he sold me. Also I had to bring back the car to have the windshield wipers adjusted & replaced because they were skipping.

My next Mercedes
