I was told I needed 4 new tires for around $1,400 despite my having tires purchased less than 2 years ago with less than 15,000 miles. Others who checked the tires claimed they have at least 10,000 more miles left. I was also told, as I have been nearly every time I have brought my car in for service, that I need brake pads, despite that service having been performed recently as well.

Rip off

Not the best.
They could have done a better job and were rather dismissive. I am not happy and I recommend going somewhere else. Only a couple of people are actually up to the standard that is Mercedes.
