Annie was wonderful, after buying new cars for the past

Annie was wonderful, after buying new cars for the past 60 years, her detailed explanation in the car of all the bells and whistles were actually understood by me for the 1st time. thanks Annie.

I was told that my catalytic converter had a crack in it

I was told that my catalytic converter had a crack in it and was leaking. The timing belt and pulleys needed to be replaced. That's several bulbs around the car had to be replaced. I took my car to a mechanic who went over it with a fine tooth comb. Catalytic converter had no issues. The only bulbs that needed replacement were the headlights. Yes the time about police need to be addressed. So instead of spending $3,600 for the catalytic converter and $1,900 for the timing belt and pulleys. I can have the job done for way under what you were going to charge me for the timing belt and pulleys from a reputable garage. I have been going to Rye Ford Subaru for years and I'm totally disappointed and being told that I need it to replace something for $3,600 when it did not need to be replaced at all. Other than that the oil change the patch on the tire was fine.

They were very professional.

They were very professional. As i walked in the door I was greeted and and asked if I would like a cup of coffee. They make you feel very comfortable and are not pushy. Lauren was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased and went over every feature before I left the dealership. Lauren checked in with me the next day to see if I had any questions regarding the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Lauren she is great!

Lauren Hirshowitz provided us with a great, painless

Lauren Hirshowitz provided us with a great, painless experience ! She was warm and friendly but at the same time patient and very knowledgeable.We are in our seventies and this is our third subaru! My both children owe subaru too. She expertly helped us navigate all the new electrical computer features with tremendous patience. She volunteered to help us in the future with any questions that we might have. Because of her pleasant demeanor, we will definitely return to Rye Subaru. The manager Casey was very personable and helpful. We purchased our last lease from him and found him still fair. Garry in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience greatly exceeded our expectations!

Lauren started out with asking questions about my driving

Lauren started out with asking questions about my driving needs, how and where I drive, family, recreational, and daily driving. She then focused on the new features to add to my safety. She identified several outback’s based on the the mileage range and age of car. Lauren spent a lot of time helping me make a decision without pressuring me into a buy. Since my purchase, she has been available by phone to answer questions and support my learning of these electronic safety features.
