    I recently bought a 2015 subaru crosstrek in orange,and i cant express my joy My sales rep !Nancy sold me a great deal and i was very quick and efficient.......Nnacy worked very hard to get me this car with back camera heated seats sun roof and auto start and the price range I could afford!!!!!!.. Im in love with my new car THANKS to rye subaru and Nancy!!!!!I was referred by my husband and im so ecstatic.......

    Went in to purchase a vehicle I saw on the lot. Sales team seemed totally uninterested making a sale, more interested ignoring customers. Attempted to negotiate price with the Sales "rep" and was told there was "no room for movement" on the internet posted price. While I liked the vehicle, it was slightly over budget for me. I left the Sales Rep with my contact information and asked him to call me if the vehicle ever got reduced. I rechecked in a few weeks, and the vehicle was REDUCED over $600.00 on the internet. That reduction would have sold the car ! BUT I never received any call from my Sales Rep. So much for trusting a "sales team" and so much for "oh no, we could never sell that car for that much lower." I later purchased a similar vehicle for less money at another area dealership who seemed attentive to customer needs and clearly had MUCH better pricing and vehicles. Too bad.
