Avoid the body shop
Experience with the body shop was a total nightmare. Brought my car in through Geico to have passenger side mirror replaced after a minor accident. Initially, I was told 5-7 days, which ended up being over 6 weeks. Communication was abysmal. Every time I would call (assuming someone actually answered) I was told a “few more days” only to hear nothing back. I was given multiple excuses ranging from “supply chain” to “it’s being painted.” The poor communication and customer service wound up costing me hundreds and hundreds of more dollars in unexpected car rental car costs. Very disappointing experience. Only saving grace appears to be that the work was done adequately.
