My wife and I had an amazing experience in Koons Toyota in Tysons! They had a lot of selections on their inventory. But the real highlight of our visit was the experience we had with Abdo Ismail one of their sales specialists! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very polite and very professional sales specialist named Abdo! He was very accommodating and welcomed us with a big smile! Abdo patiently assisted with all our questions and concerns. He listens attentively as we discussed our needs and expectations for our new car. He gave us a few options regarding all the specs of our desired car. He remained professional throughout the transaction and ensured that all our expectations are met. The culture within the team is so impressive. Great customer service continues when we met Bajram Ramadani, one of the Sales Manager, Amro Robabah one of the finance managers, and Jen Han, the Finance Director. They all went above and beyond!!! Thank you all for the support and we are satisfied with your service, keep it up! If you’re looking for a new car, go see the team in Toyota Koons Tysons! They will take great care of you!

Great experience, will be back
It had been a while since I’d taken my car in for maintenance but the folks at Koons were great and I felt so comfortable driving my car home after they serviced it. James was a stellar representative and helped me figure out the best option for my service. They were flexible when I ran into some delays getting there and paying was quick and easy. I’ll be back!

Looking for a new Toyota Highlander and Koons Tyson had the exact SUV I wanted and after price adjustments I purchased this vehicle. The vehicle performs well and so new technology it will take time getting use to. Overall very satisfied.
