Went in for an oil change only.
Went in for an oil change only. The mechanic recommend over $700 in needed work. The most ridiculous was work needed on my 4WD system...my truck is two wheel drive. All the other recommended maintenance/repairs were equally fraudulent.

Terrible!
Terrible! Completely unacceptable service and unethical business practices. I went in with my fiancé Alexis to take a look at a used car they had in their inventory. When we arrived, the car had damage on the front of the vehicle, but the sales person Chance personally promised us to overlook the cosmetic issue and that it would be fixed. They drafted up a we owe sheet that said they would fix it and we signed the document based on that promise. Later on we saw that they crossed out the fix on the we owe sheet. Completely unethical behavior! They told us to bring the vehicle in later in the week to get it repaired. In between that time, we noticed a shaking when the vehicle was an idle. We returned the following day to get the vehicle looked at and as it turns out the issue was with the brakes and the rotors. How this was missed during their “comprehensive” preowned vehicle check, which obviously was xxxxxxxx. after spending the entire day in the dealership to get that resolved along with the damage to the front of the vehicle, they came back and said that it wasn’t completed and we had to come back another day. We bring the vehicle back a few days later, now the third time that we’ve had to come to fix the issue that should’ve been fixed the first time. The Sales Manager Fares assured me that everything would be fixed and the sales person Chance told me they would paint a small Imperfection on the rear bumper for my troubles. Once again, we spent a full day in their godforsaken dealership and they still did not complete what they promised. We will never do business with them again and I warn anyone buying a vehicle to avoid this place at all cost. They have consistently dropped the ball on every stage of the process and consistently don’t do as they promised while giving you the runaround and talking down to their customers, their management team consistently feed you xxxxxxxx and act like they are a pillar in the community. They are xxxx don’t ever do business with them. Unethical. Bad service. Horrible experience

Nick, I would like to start by apologizing that it has taken multiple visits for your vehicle concerns to be addressed fully, as I understand it can be frustrating to have to return. When speaking with Chance he confirmed that the rear bumper improvement remains, and he stated that when the vehicle returns to our dealership we would happily fill up the gas tank.
