I went to Shaver knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted and how much I would pay for it (this after extensive research and seeing what the vehicle I wanted sold for elsewhere in the local market). I did not know if they would have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock but, surprisingly, they did. It was equipped exactly as I wanted with no additional options. I made an offer before I drove it but the salesman said they could not submit an offer without the car having been driven. So I drove it; it was great...as expected. My offer was fair based on local information (but less than suggested by KBB). The "closer" tried to negotiate but I held my ground and, in the end, bought the car. I'm sure they would have liked to sell me more services but they were not pushy. I'd buy from them again!

Chris and Andy Shaver run a top notch dealership! I have done business with them for the past 20 years, and I have purchased 2 cars from them in the past two years. First was a used Solstice and last week a dealer demo 300s. Process was quick and painless even though they were very busy and it was late at night.

Miscommunication between multiple reps, 4+ hours of wasted time, BS run around, promised a call back to work on offer by multiple sales reps, finance guy was a bit pushy and didn't want seem to want my business. I have tier 1 credit and was willing to put money down with a reasonable but minimally stretched payment on their part. I should have read the other reviews before I went there. I'll never recommend them to anyone. What total disrespect on their part. A simple phone call to let me know it's not going to work or that they aren't interested would have been fine. Little do they know I was planning on getting a second one for myself in 4 to 6 months.

I have taken my Jeep to this Shaver Jeep location for service since 1999. They have taken excellent care of the car, recommending parts when needed and being reasonable quick. I would recommend establishing a service manager as your first point of contact, and sticking with that person, as this makes the process smoother.
