Dealer response

It’s great to hear that Todd and our team provided prompt service and clear responses. Although we couldn’t settle on price this time, we’re glad you’d consider returning for Porsche options in the future.

Antisemitism.

Antisemitism. Employ an anti-semitic goon but the anti-semitism starts from the top down.

They are racist in very unethical ran my credit to the ground in told me come in said it was able to be seen the car in i never seen it even after they ran my credit in drove hour out my way. I hate being lied to in took advantage of this money hungry unprofessional business. Encino Mercedes is worst then Carmax so please don’t wasn’t your time or be fooled by where it located they find sell man from trailer park. In people they can master manipulate . I going report they to the BBB causes there has to be someone they answer to they don’t have empathic nature in ungodly behavior. Stay safe out there in it’s your hard earned money so give it to dealerships that will appreciate you in call back in responses.

Stay away from William Cruz!

Stay away from William Cruz! One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I brought my car in for a tire replacement that was explicitly supposed to be covered, only to be told after the service that they were denying coverage for no legitimate reason. This should have been communicated upfront. On top of that, the staff was demeaning and condescending, repeatedly talking down to me for “not understanding,” rather than explaining anything clearly or professionally. The interaction crossed a line into cultural insensitivity, and I experienced behavior that felt discriminatory and unacceptable. This location lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

a dealership location, which I have been very comfortable visiting as far as buying vehicles, have come to a crashing end due to the unprofessional communication from a service employee by the name of William Cruz. to put this review short, I would suggest that employees need to have better communication with the customers and try not to lie to customers just to bring in service it’s unprofessional and all it does in the end, is Let the customer know that this is not a professional place to do business and that they need to go elsewhere.

After purchasing my leased Mercedes in 2022, I added a $3,800 extended warranty for peace of mind. I barely drive the car, but when the A/C stopped working, I took it to Thousand Oaks for service — only to find out my warranty had been canceled just days after purchase. No one could explain why. Thousand Oaks diagnosed the issue as needing a software update and Freon refill. They tried contacting Encino’s finance department for a week with no response. I finally reached Armen, who promised it was fixed — but it wasn’t. After two weeks, I was told to go to Encino directly. There, I was referred to Drew Herman, who was rude and dismissive. He told me to “just pay $450 and be done with it,” and refused to escalate the issue. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of — especially as a woman. This entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and far below the standards I expect from Mercedes-Benz. I hope corporate takes notice.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON 5/30/25 Let me start off with

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON 5/30/25 Let me start off with my Pro's, Mr. Stephan Jarvis made my experience extremely better with his professionalism on how he handled me. His communication was clear and to the point, I'm glad he was there and he handled me with care. Now to my CON's The sales manager Roy Malik handled me like a car salesman and made my car buying experience super horrible. From the jump his vibe was off, he was extremely misleading with his information. I had agreed on a deal he totally did the complete opposite which didn't make me feel good. He actually LIED!!! In fact he made me feel horrible after Ileft the dealership. He's not to be trusted and as a returning customer I will NEVER deal with him again nor will I deal with Encino Mercedes ever again... The finance manager Feliks Buchinskiy wasn't any better. He felt cold and wasn't pleasant what so ever when walking into his office. Understandably he had a job to do but he didn't add to making my experience any better. Mercedes Benz Of Encino please do better...

I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Encino, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben Benyoucef, the salesperson who assisted me in getting my black on black Mercedes. From start to finish, Ben was incredibly professional, yet still made the whole process fun and stress-free. His approach to negotiation was straightforward, transparent, and made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend Ben Benyoucef and his sales manager Larry Killingsworth are true gems and to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience. If you're planning to visit Mercedes-Benz of Encino, be sure to ask for them!
