The service and price is satisfactory but my natural tan interior suffered the most. The people working there are sloppy and slobs, oil marks all over in three different places in my car. Very disappointed.

Worst of the worst. Deal with these guys at your own risk. The sales manager was lying so bad he couldn’t look me straight in the eye. Called in for price and setup appointment to purchase an auto. Arrived and was given runaround by sales manager who informed me this dealership pays full msrp price from factory for their vehicles. Need I go further.

I recently scheduled an appointment at Community Chevrolet in Burbank for an oil change and tire rotation. As a loyal customer who had leased a 2018 Chevy Volt and later purchased the vehicle after the lease ended in 2021, I expected professionalism and courtesy from the dealership. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with one of their service representatives left much to be desired. Before the appointment, I asked if my warranty covered the oil change. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone seemed impatient and irritated by my question, even though I had paid for the highest warranty coverage. While I understand that everyone has bad days, it was disheartening to be met with such a dismissive attitude, considering the significant amount of money I had spent over the years at the Community Chevrolet dealership in Burbank. Which I know is pennies on the dollar to them. When I asked about the cost of the service, I was quoted an approximate amount of $89, which I found pretty steep. Given that I could obtain a better price for an oil change at a nearby service center, and considering the distance I had to travel from West Hollywood to Burbank, I politely declined the service. This further exacerbated the representative's frustration, although, in today's economy, many of us need to find ways to save money. As someone living paycheck to paycheck, it was a disappointing response to encounter. After sharing my situation, the representative hung up on me. Finally, perplexed and concerned that I may have said or done something wrong, I called back to seek clarification. While I didn't gather the representative's name during our initial conversation, I declined the offer to speak with her supervisor, as I felt it would likely go unheard and fall on deaf ears. So instead, I opted to share my experience here. While I understand everyone can have off days, particularly during challenging times, businesses must uphold their commitment to customer service. If this is how the Community Chevrolet dealership in Burbank chooses to treat their customers for five years, then that is their prerogative. However, due to this disappointing encounter, I have decided only to patronize their establishment for services covered under my warranty. Unfortunately, they will not get my pennies on the dollar. This review serves as constructive feedback for the dealership to improve its customer service approach and ensure that others do not experience a similar disheartening encounter.
