I brought my equinox to Community Chevrolet on Friday May 22 They discovered a hole in the coolant hose that needed to be replaced They couldn't finish... that day but said we could pick it up the next day By 1pm I hadn't heard from anyone so I called Community Chevrolet and was informed the service department was closed on Saturday and since Monday was a holiday my car wouldn't be available until Tuesday I am INFURIATED If I was actually told that on Friday when I left the car it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday I NEVER would have left it there I needed to be in Santa Barbara today My mother just had heart surgery and as I am an ICU nuse I needed to be in Santa Barbara today so I could stay with her and my father while she's recuperating Now other arrangements need to be made as I will be unable to have transportation until Tuesday Completely unacceptable and unprofessional Community Chevrolet I will never bring my vehicle back there Let me just say I am disgusted by the fact that nobody from Community Chevrolet ever bothered to call me back or take accountability. Please put yourself in my place What if it was one of your mothers in that position? I was in a dire situation and not one person had the decency or compassion to go out of their way to help me I personally would have moved mountains and did whatever it took to find someone to open the service area and retrieve my vehicle The employee at Community Chevrolet made the choice to hang up the phone ignoring my situation and couldn't even give me the courtesy of a return phone call

Buyer Beware: You are not a customer here, you're just a means to get to their quota. Do not trust them. Long story short, we agreed on a 'deal' with... Community Chevrolet earlier in the month. We made arrangements with childcare and work and as we prepared to make the long trek down there, we were informed the day-of that they "changed their mind" on the deal. They say that they had agreed on our price before they'd reached their quota and once their quota was reached they had decided that they no longer need to give any deals. That's beyond poor customer service. This is absolutely awful. Do not do business with Community Chevrolet. We informed that we unfortunately had to communicate this experience online, they simply said "go right ahead". So, as they invited us, here's our experience. A terrible way to do life, to do business, and treat people.

My lease car is totaled Loss because of flooding due to a pipe that broke down in my street. I am asking for a substitue car as it say on my lease agreement... with Chevrolet and myself. Chevrolet say the lease agreement belong to the GM Financial even if they don’t have their name on it....who can believe that?? They don’t even know the clause of their agreement!! Huh Alfonso! The best part is Alfonso VALLEJO telling me that “MAY provide you a substitute vehicle” 23-b. means a “no” they don’t have to. You guys have to stop thinking that we are stupid people or a stupid WOMAN. I have a lease agreement between Chevrolet Burbank and myself and I should not deal with GM financial at all!! Their deals are now very bad!! You guys HAVE TO (meaning yes you should!) find me a solution for the rest of my lease.

Pathetic customer service.. They don’t even deliver my car even after a week.. Not buying a car again here... there are other places where we get better... service..

Oscar Gutierrez was very diligent and made my first car buying experience an amazing one.We went looking for a Chevy Equinox on a Saturday, but they did... not have the one we wanted, Oscar Gutierrez was so helpful in meeting our needs and wants, and went out of his way to track a few down and even gave me options on the color. A few days later, the car was personally delivered to me. We were extremely satisfied with how he took the time to go over all the features the vehicle offers. We would gladly recommend Oscar Gutierrez and Community Chevrolet to our friends and family in a heartbeat. Oscar is very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with our timing was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) He answered all of our questions and was willing to negotiate to get us a good deal.
