I had excellent service. Sam jaramillo was my salesperson and kept me informed about vehicle availability and ultimately found the vehicle that I wanted. Kekulah Valhmu walked me through the tech features and was very patient and helpful. I am thrilled with my new vehicle

We had an exceptionally positive experience at East

We had an exceptionally positive experience at East Madison Toyota. Our sales rep, Robyn, did an excellent job with us old timers by explaining everything clearly, answering many questions and acting on our behalf. We felt support and no pressure. It was also great to see the cohesive teamwork that followed with TJ and Kelulah. We highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers.

Never have I had a dealerships service people be so

Never have I had a dealerships service people be so disrespectful. I bought twelve hundred dollars worth of tires from this dealership a few months ago. One of my tires had a screw in it and the service writer wanted sixty dollars to fixit. Talk about highway robbery.My shadow will never grace their rip off establishment again. If you decide to go there good luck.

Loyalty Shouldn’t Require Brinkmanship I have

Loyalty Shouldn’t Require Brinkmanship I have purchased about five vehicles from East Madison Toyota over the years, and my family has purchased several more. I’ve always chosen this dealership because of past positive experiences — until now. Two days ago, I came in to purchase another vehicle and, as a loyal customer, asked for a $500–$1,000 courtesy discount. Instead of a constructive conversation, the sales manager compared it to negotiating the price of a carton of eggs at the grocery store — which I found dismissive and unprofessional. What made it worse was that, moments later, he said he would have given me $500 off a car I bought last month if I had “talked” to him first — directly contradicting his earlier statement that they “don’t negotiate prices.” It was only after I was clearly upset and ready to take my business elsewhere that he suddenly offered $311 off and an additional year of maintenance service. While I appreciate getting something, this felt like brinkmanship — holding out until the customer is at the breaking point before making an offer. That’s not how loyalty should be treated. Customers who return year after year should be valued from the start, not only when they’re about to walk out the door.
